At Sacramento	Built in 1926 as US Coast Guard Cutter ex WSC-127, It is 125 ft. length, 24 ft. beam, 9'-6" draft.
Along the San Francisco coast	Displacing 301 Tons, Alert's Max speed is 14 knots. Equipped with two 800 Lb. Baldt Anchors with Hyde Windlass.
At Lost Isle near Stockton on San Joaquin River.	Normal crew was 30. Three Officers staterooms with single bunk. One Chief Petty Officers stateroom with two bunks Main berthing : 21 bunks Forward berthing : six bunks Officers Wardroom : seating for six Galley Crews Mess : seating for 16 Ships Office Officers head : shower, lav and WC Crews head : shower, 3 lav, 2 WC and laundry sink
